Weekend getaways: 1–3 months ahead
Booking early often gives you the best pricing, availability, and payment flexibility.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Many travel suppliers offer payment plans, which makes budgeting for your trip much easier.
For example, Disney vacations, Universal vacations, and most cruises allow you to place a deposit to secure your trip and then make payments over time until the final balance is due.
Some other vacation packages and resorts offer payment plans as well. We can always talk through your options and find what works best for your budget.
I will walk you through the payment schedule and important dates, so there are no surprises along the way.

I will provide you with travel insurance options when booking your trip and help explain the coverage so you can decide what works best for you and your travel plans.
While insurance is optional, it can provide peace of mind before and during your trip.
What happens if my plans change or I need to cancel?
If your plans change, don’t worry — I’m here to help. I will guide you through the change or cancellation process and walk you through the supplier’s policies and options.
Because every travel supplier has different rules, I will help explain what changes can be made and any possible fees that may apply.
I also strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection in case unexpected situations come up before or during your trip.

Can you help me if I’ve already booked my trip?

For example, some cruise lines allow reservations to be transferred to a travel advisor within a certain timeframe, which means I may be able to take over the booking and assist you from there.
If the reservation cannot be transferred, I can still help with other parts of your trip such as:
